1. Objective: The Dr. Rajendra Prasad Constitutional Law Quiz, organized annually on the 26th of January, by the Prof. Shamnad Bashir Centre for First Generation Lawyers, aims to commemorate the legacy of Dr. Rajendra Prasad and promote a comprehensive understanding of constitutional law among law students, legal professionals, and enthusiasts.

2. Eligibility:

• The quiz is open to law students, legal practitioners, academicians, and individuals passionate about constitutional law, who have qualified for VASLAT i.e., Vidya Alankar School of Law Admission Test. .

• Participation can be on an individual basis only.

• All participants must adhere to the rules and regulations of the quiz.

3. Registration:

• Participants must register in advance through the official website of the Prof. Shamnad Bashir Centre for First Generation Lawyers.

• Complete registration details, including participant/team information, must be submitted within the stipulated timeframe.

• Late registrations will not be entertained.

4. Format:

• The quiz will be conducted in an online format, ensuring accessibility for participants from different locations.

• The quiz will comprise multiple-choice questions (MCQs) and objective-type questions covering various aspects of constitutional law.

5. Quiz Day:

• The Dr. Rajendra Prasad Constitutional Law Quiz will be held annually on the 26th of January, coinciding with India's Republic Day and paying homage to Dr. Rajendra Prasad's monumental contributions.

• Participants will receive unique credentials to access the quiz platform on the designated day.

• A predefined time limit will be set for participants to complete the quiz.

6. Scoring and Evaluation:

• Correct answers will be awarded specific points.

• There will be no negative marking for incorrect responses.

• The evaluation process will be transparent and impartial.

7. Results and Prizes:

• Quiz results will be officially announced on a predetermined date following the quiz.

• Prizes and certificates will be awarded to participants/teams achieving the highest scores.

• The decision of the quiz organizers regarding winners and prizes will be conclusive.

8. Prizes and Perks:

•  Winner: Rs- 2500/-

•  First runner up- Rs. 1500/-

•  Second runner up- Rs. 1000/-

• All the participants will receive a Certificate of Participation. 

9. Code of Conduct:

• Participants are expected to uphold the highest standards of integrity and ethical conduct while participating in the quiz.

• Any form of cheating, plagiarism, or unethical behavior will lead to immediate disqualification.

10. Disclaimer:

• The Prof. Shamnad Bashir Centre for First Generation Lawyers reserves the right to modify or cancel the quiz as deemed necessary.

• Participants understand and consent that their names and relevant details may be used for promotional purposes by the organizers.
